Refill the coolant system with a 50/50 mixture of coolant and distilled water.Ħ. (Note: For 2001-2003 vehicles, you will need to purchase two plug adapters (P/N 45128FE000) from your dealership.)ĥ. Reconnect the electrical harnesses for the fans. Reconnect the upper radiator hose to the radiator.Ĥ. Then reconnect the coolant feed hose to the reservoir.ģ. Reinstall the coolant reservoir tank, which is secured to the fan shroud with two 10mm bolts. It is secured to the radiator by three 10mm bolts on the top, and three 12mm nuts and bolts on the bottom.Ģ. Install the Mishimoto fan shroud onto the radiator. Unbolt the fan shroud from the radiator by removing the five 10mm bolts that hold them together.ġ. Disconnect the electrical harnesses for the fans.ħ. First remove the feed hose, and then release the pop clip to disconnect it from the fan shroud.Ħ. Disconnect and remove the coolant reservoir tank from the fan shroud.
